I give my understanding to the Universe, focusing on each individual moment as they arrive. I care for my body and my spirit; my mind and my soul; only connecting to that which enlightens and fills me with joy.  I spend time in nature, replenishing and acknowledging her vital presence in the existence of All.  I accept that I am here by choice, and I embrace my calling.  Namaste’ 

I gaze into the night sky

watch the blinking lights

wonder when my family will arrive;

when the world will be alright 

I stand inside the swaying trees

let my breath in their energy

as the angels whisper to me

through the fluttering leaves 

I sift through all the tear drops

listen to the passing by thoughts

there’s a war being fought 

against what we’ve been taught

Sometimes it takes a while

for us to wake up

the missions we choose

are necessary

but I am here now

and I am

Awake

the planet from which I came

sits quietly behind the Moon

and I know

I’ll see home soon
